At Maroochy Beach Gymnastics, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful and positive environment for all gymnasts, families, coaches, staff and volunteers.
If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to raise it as soon as possible so that it can be addressed appropriately and constructively.
In most situations, the best first step is to speak directly with your coach about any class-related questions or concerns. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, it can then be raised with the Head Coach or Club Manager.

All complaints will be reviewed in accordance with the club’s Complaints Policy and handled confidentially where possible.
Please allow reasonable time for the club to review and respond to your submission.
Maroochy Beach Gymnastics also has a Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) available to support members.
An MPIO is an impartial support person who can provide information about your rights, responsibilities and the options available to you if you have a concern or are unsure how to proceed.
MPIOs do not investigate complaints, determine outcomes, or mediate disputes. Their role is to listen, provide guidance, and help direct members to the appropriate process or support services.
