Maroochy Beach Gymnastics is committed to providing a safe, respectful and positive environment for all gymnasts, families, coaches and volunteers.
If you have a concern or complaint, we encourage you to raise it as soon as possible so that it can be addressed appropriately.
In most situations, the best first step is to speak directly with your coach about any class-related questions or concerns. If the matter cannot be resolved at that level, it can then be raised with the Head Coach or Club Manager.
For formal complaints, please complete the form below.
All complaints will be reviewed in accordance with the club’s Complaints Policy and handled confidentially where possible.
Please allow reasonable time for the club to review and respond to your submission.
